Hello! I'm really bored at school on the second day! That is all! I had my first class at 8 this morning, a writing class. We took a few notes and then read two persuasive essays and tried to find what the main claim was of each and their reasons and evidence. It wasn't so bad I guess. Even though it is all writing, and I've almost lost faith in my writing abilities, I'm not quite as scared because the purpose of the class is to teach us how to write different styles of papers for different situations and all that. I'm still worried anyway because that is my reaction to every situation. My other class is at noon. A literature class. I already had the teacher so I know what to expect from her...the only minor change she has from the previous class I had with her (besides our readings) is that our in-class writings are unnanounced. Also it's the FIFTH time in college that I'm reading Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe! I always sell the book back thinking I'll never need it again and I'm wrong every time.
